Monitors not displaying

The monitors I have(AOC g2460PF and Acer XF270H)are not displaying properly.

 

Regardless of what cord, swapping around video cards, or what port they're plugged into, they have stopped displaying when using DisplayPort input.

 

Is it the cable? The monitors? The video cards? How do I determine what the problem is?

 

MB: ASUS ROG Maximus XII Her (wi-fi)

CPU: Intel 10700

GPUs: 2x RX 590 Fat Boys

PSU: EVGA 1000 G+

Have you got another PC/Laptop you can test the monitors with - if that doesn't work, it may be a problem with the PC?

Test it with another cable if you can as well.
