So I had my computer break on me the last few days. And after some troubleshooting on Hardware I found that It was the motherboard. So I bought a new motherboard, A B550 taichi from ASRock. And now it will not find my boot device which is a USB. The USB is plugged into the motherboard because the USB 3.0 headers on the top of my case which is a Corsair Crystal Series 680x are not being powered for some reason. Even when it is plugged in to the motherboard. I have no idea how to fix this issue with the boot drive not being found. The usb is found on other pcs I have around the house, just not mine.

My Hardware currently is

-GeForce RTX 2080,

-3700x AMD processor.

-32GB of Corsair Ram 3000 MHz

-Asrock B550 taichi

-Rm750x corsair power supply
