Hello all, long time YT lurker first time posting on the forums.

I recently built a computer like many others this year. The assembly was enjoyable and I am mostly satisfied with the result. However I have run into one I Issue that I have not found a remedy for. In certain applications and menus I experience a weird graphical glitch that makes what I can only describe as swirls around image and text. If I move my mouse over the effected area it refreshes and the image is legible for a few seconds before swirling and distorting again. I only seem to have this problem in two applications. The first being the new Xbox Pc app and console companion, and the Epic Games Store (this is the biggest offender) the problem seems to have gotten worse with both Nvidia driver and Epic Store updates.

would appreciate any feedback or suggestions

I try...  you could DDU your drivers and then reinstall them.  Maybe use an older driver.  and stop Nvidia from automatically updating

Tried it ... it doesn't. I've never had version that fixed the problem ...and its not a constant problem because if the page is moved up and down the image fixes itself...but as soon as the page is standing still, the problem happens again

I have seen something like this with a 270x I had.  It would distort text on webpages and stuff, but if you moved your mouse over the area it would fix itself.  It ended up just being the card, as the issue carried over to whatever other system I put it in.  I would try that if you have another rig you could slap it in.
