Zoom launcher slowing down pc

To make this quick, Zoom launcher basically makes my pc feel very very slow. Not only that but when I exit a game to check on something by pressing the window key, my desktop feels very slow. Now I mean feel because the performance should still feel the same, it's just that things feel like slo mo. For example, moving a Brave window looks really choppy, youtube videos are choppy, loading screens look choppy, everything looks choppy. Any help?

RAM and pagefile? Those are the things I imagine would have most effect. Also CPU, but when you say you can game comfortably on your PC, that shouldn't be issue.
