so my monitor randomly shuts down.there is nothing on the screen but monitor is turned on.(this is the photo but not mine)than in like 2 seconds it turnns on and everything is like glitched the whole screen.(like on the photo)my gpu it is rx 570 has amd programm that can take a screenshot.i tried it and it took a screenshot and there were no glitch screen so could it be my cable.i can hear everything.it happened 3 times in 4 days.i can hear youtube video play.i can pause video everything.it happened when i was playing fortnite once and i was able to shoot walk everything i took a screenshot fps was fine but screen is glitched and i can not see anythingComputer freezes at random times (No POST a lot of times)and Screen  Glitches! - Internal Hardware

Do you have another display? Perhaps a TV?

yes i have another monitor,but the monitor i have is new.i bought it 2 month ago

Test to see if it's monitor issue

New unit can also be defective

It could be the converter, but again, check with other displays, preferably using different connection to test if it's display issue first, before buying anything

ok i have some vga cables at home and i am going to test it and if it is not the cable than i will check the monitor

so hello again.i  unplugged the converter cable plugged it again to the pc and monitor and after that glitch screen stopped,but  still there is nothing on the screen sometimes  but monitor is turned on.than in like 2 seconds it turnns on  and everything is fine no glitch screen so could this be the converter and thank you for helping.
