I was looking at the Corsair HX1200. Is it Enough? Or should I get an AX1500i? If I can get a 1200w I would like to save the money.

1200 watt is more than enough, you need 850 watt minimum for that psu

Are you sure? I've seen 1000w PSUs shut off on a 3090.

Which 1000W PSUs? If the design is poor enough, sure. That can happen. Or if you're running an OCed 7980xe ig.
