Budget (including currency):  1500 USD

Country:  Russia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Motion Design and video editing in AE at 1080p and gaming at 1080p, mostly LoL and CoD

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

so i'm planning to build a pc, mainly for working in AE (motion design and editing mostly in 1080p). im currently with a 4790k and 960 4gb thats been with me for 5 years and is kinda not doing it anymore. its just too slow for work and i cant upgrade to ddr4 and im stuck with 1888 ddr3 ram. i mainly play league and cod, but i dont really care for ultra settings and my monitor is just 1080p@75 so there is no point in going higher res.

im planning to spend no more than 1500 usd and heres what i came up with

CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x

MOBO: GIGABYTE X570 ELITE

RAM: 2x16 G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 (will add another 32 some time in the future)

Storage: NVMe m.2 crucial p5 ssd 1tb Crucial MX500 1 tb ssd

VGU: Either 2060 super or 2070 whichever is cheaper

PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM 600W

Case: Lian Li LanCool II

Russian prices are a little higher and im mainly buying from ComputerUniverse and paying import tax which is still cheaper than buying here, plus they have more parts available. my main worry is overkilling because honestly, cheaper is better for me but i wouldn't want it to be at the expense of performance. if it serves me 5 years and does my work properly and gives me 60+ fps in medium settings at 1080 im good.

personally if you can wait a little bit i think you would be better off with a newer system. i have attached a pc part picker price list using msrp (some parts are not yet available) this setup still fits in pricing and will give you alot more performance

Thing is ill never find any of these parts with those prices. As i said, im buying most of my stuff on Computer universe which have EU prices and paying 15% import tax. The current build i posted is 1300 usd. A 3070 alone is 1000 usd here
