Have you tried applying XMP in BIOS? If not, do that. If you have already, check what voltage the RAM is running at (it should be listed under DRAM voltage). If it's below 1.35V, increase it to that.

Have you tested both sticks of RAM individually to see if one of them is faulty?

I would suggest running the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, but you can't really do that if you can't boot into Windows.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

yes i have tested them individually and both of them are not faulty but when i but when i use both it crashes and there is no option in my motherboard for xmp profile.btw my ram doesn't have a heatsink, ram:https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B07GMRJTS9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Okay, if it's not letting you apply XMP, then the RAM is likely running at settings that are causing instability when you try to use dual channel. I would go into BIOS and manually set the DRAM voltage to 1.35V, and the DRAM frequency to 2666 mhz. See if that fixes the issue.

will it be safe if i bump up the volts the ram doesn't have a heatsink

Yeah you should be fine. Most all RAM is supposed to run at 1.35V anyway, and odds are your motherboard is giving it less power than it needs, which would be what's causing the PC to crash.

Yes, do that and see if it fixes the problem. You can also bump the RAM frequency up to 2666 mhz while you're at it if it's defaulted to something lower.

there is a problem when i was trying to change the voltage i changed it from auto to manual but it doesn't allow me to change it it give me these options: standard time control, advanced time control,CAD bus drive strength and data bus configuration. what should i do?

I'm honestly not sure. Different motherboard BIOS menus look and function differently. Could you take a picture to show exactly what it's showing?
