So, i have a Ryzen build for over 3 months now working flawlessly, yesterday i thought it was a good idea to rearrange my cables (mouse, keyboard) and put a sleeve around them, to keep a bit more clean. Since that my pc is stuck on the Boot process and i can't manage it to POST, no beep, nothing.

CPU: Ryzen 3 3100
Mobo: Biostar B350-B45M2 (with the latest BIOS version)
RAM: 2x4gb Corsair Value Select/1 Stick of XPG Gammix D10 (borrowed from a friend for testing)
GPU: GTX 1660 Super
PSU: Corsair CX500
SSD: WD 240gb M2 Sata + San Disk 240gb Sata

Already tried:

- CMOS clear
- Reseat everything, from RAM, to SSD, to all internal cables and such
- Tried with a borrowed RAM stick to check if it wasn't my RAM sticks that went south
- Removed everything to check if the Mobo Speaker would give the proper sound feedback, but to my surprise it doesn't, no "ram missing" beeps, no "gpu missing" beeps.

Every cable was double checked, everything is in it's proper place and i can't seem to find the problem. Today after about 50 tries the PC booted up and i got to BIOS, but since i disconnected the SSDs i couldn't get to Windows so i just loaded up Optimized Settings and proceed to turn off and install the SSDs again. Although, after i installed the SSDs the problem came back and i can't seem to understand what's going on.

PS: The build was working normal until yesterday, never had any problem with it and i can't believe that removing my cables from the IO would brick my Motherboard.

PS²: Sorry for any typo, English is not my main language and thanks in advance guys!

Unplug all USB devices and try?

Tried with the bare minimum (CPU + RAM) just to check if there was any response from the speaker, but got nothing. I'm starting to think it's either the Mobo or the PSU.

Mobo is brand new, bought it 3 months ago, PSU on the other hand is with me for over 6 years already.

Your CPU doesn't have iGPU so you need to plug your display into a GPU to post

Is it plugged into the motherboard?

It is, but woudln't the Speaker give any alert regarding the lack of GPU if it wasn't plugged?

Depends on the motherboard, I would think

Plug your monitor into your GPU

Only if it has a speaker installed that is. Clear CMOS or remove battery for 10 mins. Bootup only with display connected to GPU

The thing is, already done that a handfull of times. The speaker is installed and it gave the POST signal when the build was working properly, but now, it's not giving any feedback, (lack of ram, lack of GPU, POST)

Alright. Have you tried removing all sata devices?

Sorry, i put it wrong, the LEDs turn on, all the Fans spin normally (the CPU power connector is plugged as well), but no POST or display, tried reseating the ram too, but nothing.

Try reset CMOS again after you reinstall RAM

Did you plug in GPU pcie power? Motherboard 24 pin?

Can you test the PSU or swap in a different one?

Is there any indication the mobo is getting power?

There's no LED on the Mobo itself, but the front panel has LEDs on and the Fans connected on the Mobo are spinning. I can't get a hold on a PSU right now, but i'm almost buying a new one already, out of pure despair.

CMOS reset and both the PCIE and 24pin are connected. Still nothing, it is on for some minutes now, it doesn't turn off on it's on, if i leave it, it will stay on for as long as i don't pull the power cable.

Give it a few minutes, say 5

Maybe it's training memory

If this doesn't work, maybe provide photos of inside and outside of the casing, maybe we'll see something

It should restart on it's own after the memory training is complete?

yes, normally it takes less than 2 minutes, from my experience

you might have to send it in, unless if u have spare parts

I don't, i'm about to buy a new Mobo and PSU. Since where i live GPU and CPU are extremely expensive, my only fear is that the problem is not with the PSU/Mobo.

from what i can tell, your system was working

you just plugged the monitor into your motherboard, that's why it didnt post

nothing else should be broken, unless you broke something while trying to diagnose, then it's harder to diagnose, without spare GPU/PSU and such

First of all, thank you for your time and help! Tested everything again but no success. Will try to find some shop to test each part individually. But i suspect the culprit is either the Mobo or the PSU.
