Modem not working

So, i don't really have any hopes that someone could help me with this problem, but here I go. So i have an Huawei HG658 and it doesn't work properly, basically all the leds are on and doesn't respond to the reset button or any other button except for the power one, the power, internet and the VoiP leds are orange and in the installation guide doesn't said anything about them, the rest of them are all green even the ports that shouldn't be active. As I said I have zero hopes that someone knows if I can solve this problem

Well I rebooted and nothing changed.

Contact your ISP and make sure your settings are correct. This is a VDSL Internet Gateway, most likely using PPPOE. Your best bet is to make sure that your Settings are correct, your ISP would be the best people to know what needs to be set.
