Budget : ~$3000 AUD

Country: Australia

Used for: Games (Assassins Creed Valhalla, GTA V and Watch Dogs Legion), light CAD (Solidworks), and Adobe Suite CC (Illustrator and Premier Pro).

Other details: First time building a PC. Wanted to get into 4K gaming. Ideally the system is some what future proof. Whilst looks are not the number one priority I wouldn't mind spending a little on RGB lights. Low noise also ideal.

Current Specs Considered:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor

CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i RGB Platinum 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard - MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory - Corsair Vengeance RBG Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory

Storage - Kingston A2000 1TB NVME and WD Blue 1TB 2.5" SSD

Video Card - MSI Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB RDNA 2

Case - Corsair 275R Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply - Corsair RM (2019) 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Is this a good combination of part? Is it suited for what I would use it for?

I don't know 100% what I am doing, so any feedback would be appreciated. :)

This would work, but there should a CL16 version of the ram, it would be faster, Other than that, I hope it all turns out good!

Everywhere I looked only stock the CL18 version. Is it worth going for a 3200MHz Cl16 instead?

In USD, how much are you spending on the RAM? I might have an option for 3600MHz C16 memory...
