CSGO Freeze like HELL !

Hello guys ,

 

First of all I want to apologize for my english skills !

I have the next problem after years i did manage to upgrade my pc ( i'm oldschool CS player since 2000 and i play now CSGO in a mid skill area   and i  the problem i have is when i want to fight with some one the game freeze for 1 sec enough to get on my nerves high ! I did search and manage to do a lot of  changes i found on youtube and google and i want to say withot help !If i record the game and i wathch after the game is running normal 500fps+  ... i did ask someone to look at me when i play (spectate mode) and when the freeze start the spectator say to me the game running normal without any problem ... i refuse to belive that is just in my head ! THAT freeze time when i want to do entry frag  or to push fast and kill something is killing me ! please guys help me to understand what is going on !

Temps when i play are normal nothing go high the CPU stay around 42C

When i play another games like BF5, DOOM or COD ModerWarfare  i don't see this freeze ! BUT why i have this problem just with CS !

I did try to install the game few times ,i did try some CFG settings didn't help

My FPS stay around 300 beacuse i use them limited but with unlimited i have around 500 + - 

I play 4:3 1920x980 with video setting on LOW !

 

PLEASE HELP !
