Don't think it will save those, as those are technically settings and NOT files.

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

 

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

No, I don't think even syncing setting with Microsoft account will save those. I would see such as security risk anyway.
