So I am a little new on this PC gaming thing, but I have a question.

So I have been playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and I was courious about how many fps I have. It said that I have like 45, but if I look at the Task Manager nothing is on a 100%. So why don't I have 60 fps, if not all the resources are used up? And what should I upgrade or do to get more fps?

I have a prebuilt, but here are the specs :(

Intel i7-9600

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Super

16GB RAM

When you are outside of most games they dont actually show correct usage stats vs when in them.

Task manager is misleading you.

You are also likely GPU bound at 1440p HighUltraMedium with a 1660Super

It should do 1080p 60fps though...

Be warned its a CPU intensive title that will use 8 cores, but I think you are GPU Limited anyway.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
