Computer Bluescreened upgrading Ram / Bluescreen loop

Browser, version and OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

I recently upgraded my two 4gb Ram sticks to two 8gb. After turning on my PC again one of my two monitors was no longer detected, I could use my PC just fine but the monitor wouldn't come up in display settings. I decided to restart my computer and I walked away for about 10 minutes. I came back and my PC was running but both screens were black so I decided to turn it back on and off again. Now I get a blue screen loop with the error:

Stop code: NTFS FILE SYSTEM

It then brings me to this page (images from google):

Windows 10 "Choose an option" Screen Error - Microsoft Community

Following the QR code from the error message directs me to: troubleshoot -> advanced options -> start up settings -> enable safe mode with networking

however when I try this last step I bluescreen again with the original error code.

exiting and continue to windows results in another bluescreen.

What I think happened?

I think when I originally restarted my computer when my second monitor wasn't being detected it started updating, and turning it on and off while it was updating caused this to happen.

I put the original 4gb ram sticks back in to see if that was the problem just incase, no changes

Bios info:

MB: Z270-A PRO (MS - 7A71)

CPU: INTEL core i7-7700 3.6GHz

Memory size: 8192 (original sticks)

Vcore: 1.064V

DDR voltage: 1.200V

BIOS Ver: E7A71IMS.120

BIOS BUILD DATE: 04/07/2017

If this happened in the middle of an update, you could try going back to a restore point if you have one. Or try the startup repair.

Click on that "troubleshoot" button shown in the image again, click on "advanced options", then click on "startup repair" to start the startup repair.

The "system restore" option is also in that same "advanced options" menu.

Hello, when I try start up repair It says "startup repair couldn't repair your PC"

Log file: D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

As for restore points, it seems my system has not been creating any.

Thank you for the response

Do you have access to another pc to create a windows install disk? You could possibly use it to repair the windows install.
