Wait until February/March when prices and stock should hopefully stabilize. Trying to get an RTX 3060 Ti/RTX 3070 right now can be anywhere from $400 USD (by mashing the reload button) to $1000 USD (by spending too much on eBay).

I already got my hands on a 3070 so I just want to see what would be good to put around it, but please still include that in the overall price

The cost of the 3070 was apart of the budget so just include it in the parts list

I'm not going to be able to do a full system, but I would recommend a Ryzen 5 3600 or a Ryzen 5 5600X.

For a PSU, a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 650W minimum.

I'm not great at parts lists yet

Operating System. Typically Windows, though some people do go the Linux route (and a few try and Hackintosh).
