Help with AIO WC

So i have a cooler master masterliquid 240 lite and its making a noise i thought it could be some bubbles so i flipped my rad for my tubes stay in the bottom but the noise didnt go away. I need help to discover what is it. Please someone help me.  Here is a video of the noise:
