Frequent freezes while gaming

Good morning,
While I play games it often happens that both the game and the entire OS freeze, giving no sign of life other than the fact that I can hear the game audio continuing. From the day before yesterday, however, I started to have BSODs that terminated the PC with MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I attributed the error to the HDD, but the main OS is on SSD, which I know works. I then tried to follow the instructions put on Frequent BSOD when gaming

sfc found no errors, and dism also. Instead chkdsk seems to have found some and solved them later. Not even clean reinstalling windows solved the problem
My rig is, if any useful:

-Gigabyte 2060 6GB
-Ryzen 5 3600x
-Gigabyte B450M DS3H

-HyperX fury 2x8GB
-EVGA 600W 80+ bronze

I think that 600w should be more than enough, but a friend of mine said that it could be that too

Unfortunately trying to resolve issues by testing individually ram, gpu or disk didn't give me any new info. Any ideas on what it could be?
