rx 580 Frame drops

PC Specs: Ryzen 5 2600, rx 580 8b, 18gb at 2400mhz, asrock a320m-HDV R4.0

 

After a windows update around 3 days ago my performance in every game I have has dropped enormously. I've tried basic trouble shooting (ddu, updating mobo bios) and so far nothing has improved, so now I'm asking for anyone's help at this point.
