Little hardware help!

Below is my pcpartpicker list of my current pc, if I don't undervolt my gpu in the majority of games it will crash. All drivers are updated and windows is as well. I've been dealing with this for a bit now and can 100% say the card, cpu and ram are good and I think it's the psu due to undervolting keeping it from crashing. Opinions/advice? If you all agree it's the psu I'll go ahead and RMA er :)
