My pc has a delay or problem with temperature. Apparently it only starts when the room temperature is really low, talking about 60-75 F. On average it's always 80-98 F in my room so to maintain it cool i use an air conditioner to start it up and then leave the room cool. I understand that a computer has problems booting in high temperatures but, not even turning on is kinda weird for me, this always happens and i have to wait about 20-30 minutes for it to turn on. Sometimes I think it's a delay because I press the on button and takes the same time to turn on without air conditioner other times it turns on normally. I don't know which problem is it or what to do. The worst case for me is meddling with the wires.

- I've tried changing the location in my room so it's on a cooler area.

- Changed it's outlet

- Changed some parts

- Changed the OS to an nvme

I use my pc almost around 8 to 10 hrs a day and I use it for gaming, research, homework/projects and online classes, almost everyday. I sometimes think i'm overloading the PSU

Temps really do matter, but you may be onto something when mention the Power Supply.

Generally the PSU's (give or take a few degree) are designed to run at 40c max sustained temp and 50c max. The PSU can derate from high temps or may not even start at all. To experiment, put a fan on the exhaust/intake grill of the power supply in the same flow direction of the other fan.

For the rest of the components, maybe try removing the side panel of the case and put a desktop fan to push air into the case.

tried it, didn't work. I plan on getting a new power supply either way since I got the one i have used and that was 2 years ago. I think it's about time either way, but if the problem persists I'll have to do something else.
