I currently have a H80 cooling my i5-2500k @ stock speed. I have 2 of these; http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-fan-r4l2r20arr1 one on each sides of the radiator. I don't know why, but I have them connected to the PSU so they sound like a mothereffing jetengine.

* Would it be better to just have 1 fan on the radiator?

* How much different will the temperature be if I connect them to the mobo?

* Should I connect the fan(s) to the pump and then the pump to the mobo?

* should i get new fans?! If yes, which ones?!

BTW I have a cm storm enforcer. 200mm in the front as intake, 1x 120mm at the top exhaust, and 2x 120mm in the back on the radiator as exhaust.

first you should get some proper static pressure optimised fans to actually push the air through the thick radiator, the h80 is particularly difficult in this aspect, not just some spoons that are scooping the air onto the radiator without pushing the air through properly which most case fans will do, second you need to do is to undervolt or adjust the speed so that your fans don't run at 100% all the time, because that is going to be noisy, you are probably better off with 2 fans that run slower for that radiator.
