keyboard noise

So I just bought a rog strix scope tkl deluxe edition(my first ever mechanical keyboard) and it's purely amazing, except it makes a little coil whine. Now the noise isn't really audible unless I intentionally put my ear next to the keyboard in order to hear it, but I just wanted to know if I should be worried about this.

I haven't had coil whine in my own mechanical keyboards, but I do know that it shouldn't directly affect the rest of the keyboard (actuation and build quality). If the coil whine becomes more annoying, then depending on the manufacturer or retailer you bought it from, you may be able to trade it in for a new one. But, if it's not bothering you, it should be fine.

That's normal, likely the power delivery for the LEDs. Does it go away if you turn the LEDs off?

Yeah it does, at least most of it anyway.
