Budget (including currency): 800usd

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow Six, Minecraft, Warzone, Rocket League, School.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I don't own a pc atm I will get it in around 5 months. I was looking what is the best combo for around that budget I was looking at the Ryzen 5 3600 with a B450 Mortar Max (mAtx) 16gb of 3600mhz 2x8 ram from G.Skill Ripjaws with a Red Dragon RX570 4GB GDDR5. The case and the monitor will be chosen from a local shop it will be 144hz.

Is there a better choice for any of the parts (im buying the stuff before from Newegg) what is the recommended PSU power and is the 5 3600 compatible with the B450 Mortar or is there some known BIOS problems cause I heard the Tomahawk, and the Tomahawk max had some BIOS issues.

I have a few recommendations. 1. You could wait to see if the 5600x is in stock at the time you decide to buy a new pc, and 2. You might not want an RX 570. Its kind of an old card. While it can run all the games you have on the list I would not recommend it. I think a 1650 super or a 1660 (if you can find one) would be better because it they GDDR6 memory instead of GDDR5, which can increase performance, and it is a slower card, clocking in at 1750MHz, vs. 1785 MHz on the 1660 and 1725 MHz on the 1650 super. While 1725 MHz is less than 1750MHz, the GDDR6 ram makes it faster, along with other stuff. 3. If that motherboard has issues just change motherboards. I know asus products are good, and you could buy the ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS (Wi-Fi) for $152.67. The advantage with this motherboard is that is is a b550 board instead of b450, so if you ever upgrade cpus the future it will still work. Also for a machine like that a 550w psu shoud do you fine. The Corsair CX-M PSU should be fine, I have no info on whether this psu is good, I just no corsair makes good PSUs. (PSU stands for Power Suppy Unit, leaving this here just in case)
