PC wont boot into windows.

Hello, so i just finished building my pc and i installed windows using a usb stick, after it restarts it keeps freezing at the msi motherboard screen with the rotating dots. 

Here are my specs:

MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WiFi(updated bios to current, not the beta version)

Ryzen 7 5800x

Corsair Vengeance rgb pro DDR4 3200 4x8

Samsung 980 pro 1TB(Which im booting off of)

MSI Gaming Trio X RTX 3060 TI

ICUE H100i Elite Capellix

RMX 750x Corsair

Heres what ive tried:

Moved RAM sticks

Cleared CMOS

Reinstalled windows like 3 times.
