Need help with new pc

Hallo there. in the not to fare future i am going to be a building a new pc. but i dont what to pick. i want a 3080 and amd Ryzen. at least. its going to be used for gaming and video/photo editing. i have a friend who is going to help me build it but atm he dont have the time to put together a pc for within the budget. i was hopeing u guys could help me.

please do ask he u need any more info and ill repley as fast as i can 

also i dont need any peripherals. i have everything. but i do need at least 6 usb and one usb C on the mobo couse i own a Oculus Quest 2 with the Offical Link cable which is USB C if u didnt know
