VRAM Speed below specs

Hey, I've found out that my RX 5700's VRAM clock is always at 1748MHz instead of 1750MHz as advertised

 

Changing the clock to 1750MHz makes the screen blink every 2 to 3 seconds.

 

 

 

(I Flashed my MSI RX 5700 MECH OC GP Edition which is the one that solved the memory pads issue and added another +4pin connector) to an RX 5700XT and my core clock right now is at 2050MHz with 1.070mv

 

But the memory is still at 1748MHz and increasing even 1MHz makes my screen blink.

 

I know its only 2MHz but what can be the cause of this?

What if you overclock memory further? Does it stop working completely?

There are always rounding errors or synchronization requirements, perfectly normal not to have the exact number you enter.
