Xeon bug with W10 ?

Anybody got issues with Xeon lately ? Can't install amd graphics drivers for my rx 470.

 

When the software reboot the computer it got cancelled like it never happen.

 

Xeon E52620 V3.

 

I tried 2 RX 470 and 2 Mobo and everytime I got the same curious things, windows update error and amd radeon drivers never rly installed.

Nope, I already tried this Xeon with this RX 470 and it worked like a charm.

 

I can't figure it out
