Got litle problem.

Hellow. Just updraged my pc to a 3070 and got problem. I got like  sag on end ,mybe some one can tell me gow to look for suport brakets or how to fix it . First igot problem with fit ,had to move my all my custom water loop, and mybe some one have the 3070 icechill version. can i control the rgb on it so its always red.
