First thought was the Galaxy A51 since you have a Galaxy Watch. Though you might even want to wait out for the A52 as that's rumored to come out within the month.

Have to recommend the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone SE, they're both amazing. For the size and speed you'd want, really the best options by far. The best android phones are far bigger than 6 inches diagonally.

Jmm that's a problem. That's why one of my requirements was it have to be android since I have an iPhone and I'm sick of them and it also limits the functions on my watch.

Pixel 4a 5G, or Pixel 4a if that's slightly too big? A Snapdragon 765G will do the job performance-wise, and of course the Pixel series still has a great camera system.

It's confusing, I know, but the Pixel 5's differences mainly come down to subtler upgrades like the build (including water resistance), the refresh rate and wireless charging. The 4a 5G is more than good enough if you can live without those extras.
