Upgrade BIOS X570 Phantom Gaming ITX/TB3 without CPU

I bought the motherboard planning on buying a 3000 series Ryzen, but now that the 5000 series are out (kinda) can I upgrade my BIOS via USB or something?

If youre lucky it comes with bios 2.60 or later. A lot of times theres a sticker on the bios chip with the version.
