What are the RAM specs? Do you use XMP?

im using xpg 3600

yes i enable the xmp profile.

Try disabling the XMP first. Check if the issue is resolved.

If XMP was the issue, you'll need to manually set the voltage. I had similar issue with my Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3000MHz sticks.

First try with XMP disabled and then update
