A problem with my build

Hey guys i am building a new pc my board is a micro atx on a atx case. The case is corsair carbide spec 04 and the standoff screws arent aligned properly with my micro atx board. I can say that 6 of them will fit but the other two will remain out. It is very hard to remove standoffs as they are very tight. Is it fine if only six standoffs fit on my micro atx but it has 8 open slots for standoffs.
