Ryzen Master Memory OC, won't Post... Help!!!

Was a little too confident after my first few successful CPU and GPU overclocks, started playing around with the memory and it failed to even post. 

 

What I know: 

- DRAM troubleshoot light on MOBO 

- error code 07 (^ how I came to this conclusion) 

- my CPU is fine from what I saw

- Apparently, Ryzen Master settings are used instead of bios when booting(?)

 

What I've done so far: 

- reseated and checked the CPU

- reinstalled both sticks of ram indiv. in slots B2 and A2, then both(as directed) 

- flashed the bios 

 

Best case scenario, I just ruined my ram. But it still illuminates, so I'm still really worried that it could be something more. 

First PC build, no idea what I'm doing. Help!
