RAM upgrade and issues...

1. Here are all my RAM info, now the problem is my RAM has speed of 2666MHz and yes my motherboard do support 2666MHz.
In task manager it shows the speed 2400MHz and in CPU-Z it shows 2400MHz whereas max is 2666MHz. After few searches on web I found a CMD command聽wmic memorychipset list full聽for RAM info and speed was 2667MHz. Help pls..
And in BIOS I have no XMP 馃槥
Please don't tell that there's little diff between 2400 and 2666, 'cause I would stick to the higher end as I love to play heavy games聽like everyone...Thank You!!
2. I am looking to add another 8GB stick, but I am messed up with that, with speed (2400MHz or 2666MHz), CAS/ CL I am not able to identify, pins etc. and reading some articles I found that for聽proper performance聽RAM sticks should be identical or else PC performance can be affected. Pls recommend some RAM stick or what specs RAM I should go for.

Laptop -聽Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43 (聽CPU - Ryzen 5 3550H, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD, GPU - RX 560X )
Thankss in advance 鉂わ笍

if you don't have the options in bios, try through ryzen master. your ram is rated for 2667 , but runs at 2400
