Help choosing between two monitors

Oh Gods of LTT Forums, please help me in my first venture into 144hz goodness.

I've ordered the first one but it comes in before the sale ends, so any help is appreciated. I mostly play competitive games but a non-comp game like Fallen Order every now and then isn't rare for me. 1080P is preferable as I don't see a big difference in 1440 and 4k is too much for my build.
