Ryzen cpu temperature sensor question

Just switched from Intel to AMD, and hwinfo looks a bit different. What is the right temperature to trust? Is it ''CPU Die (average)''? (See image)

There are 3 dies on the Ryzen 9 5900X, those CCD1 and CCD2 temps are the two CPU core dies, I suspect the CPU temp is the IO die and the average is, I'm not sure, The CCD temps are the most important.
