Baking CPU before delidding

So, I'm about to jump aboard the delid (aka breaking my CPU) train.

I'm about to delid a 9900K which is known for being difficult to delid because soldered IHS...

 

NOW... I'd like to make my job a tiny bit easier by heating up the CPU in an oven before delidding so the sillicone glue comes off easier.

 

My question is: what temperatures are recommended when it comes to heating up a CPU in the oven before delidding?
