Mouse leave Window always?!

I have the problem that my Mouse leave often the Window of a Game. I dont know what I should do.

When I try to shoot the Software closed at the worst point ever.

Is there some setting I should, could set in Windows to prevent that?

Does it happen on every game? Are you playing in fullscreen mode? Do you have more that one monitor?

There are software which can lock cursor to active window. Like DisplayFusion.
