Screen tearing

I have an adaptive sync monitor at 75hz and when playing games i have vsync of adaptive sync on from monitor osd and amd radeon software i see a little tearing at rocket league i set my fps limit at 75fps on rocket league settings and amd software says that my frame rate is reaches at 250 and 240 avg fps.On gta 5 i have same problem there a little tearing when im moving fast with a car.Call of duty warzone too a little tearing.I already have the latest drivers of my graphics card,if its needed my pc is hp pavilion 580-101nv and my monitor asus vz239q
