Is this MOBO worth it? (Wifi capability is a need)

I'm putting my build together piece by piece, the shortages and lack of price drops is a bit of a roadblock these days.

Unfortunately I'm not close enough to my router to have a wired connection (RIP). I saw this MOBO https://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_1832_1833&item_id=167427. 


As far as getting the strongest possible connection for the price - Would it be better to do this board, or to get a more basic B450 and buy a separate wifi adapter?
