I have a pc I recently installed Windows 10 on and I'm currently using it unactivated. Am I able to use the license from my laptop? It's also Windows 10

No usually OEM licenses from pre builts and laptops are tied to the motherboard and not a licence key.

You could ask Microsoft to help you but they will probably say no, you may get extremely lucky though.
