So I was in bios this morning wanting to change it so my mouse and keyboard wakes up my pc, and I dont actually know if I did but I may have checked or unchecked something else as I was exploring the bios and now it does a long beep and two other short beeps but not really short, is anyone able to help me figure out what I did wrong

PS, brand freaking new msi b360 gaming plus motherboard, 16gb ddr4 hyperXfury ram and a i5 9400 purchased 5 days ago, also I put the ram in every which way possible so I'm sure that's not the issue

clear cmos by bridging the two pins to the right of the button battery on mobo (just above second pcie x16 slot).
