Laptop for video editing

So, i'm helping a friend of mine choose a laptop for photoshop and video editing in Vegas Pro.

 

Country: Serbia
Price range: 100.000 rsd maximum

Use case: photoshop and occasional video editing

 

Models that i've found and i think are decent:

I personally think that Acer is better, especially since it's so cheaper, and that 4700U is a better CPU, but i really don't know in these specific programs how the fare
