Which hardware to upgrade?

i have a g4560 rx570 4gb vram 8gb ddr4 ram. I want to be able to play games while doing other stuff like browsing, watching youtube or twitch on my second monitor with little to no fps drop on my game. Which hardware should i upgrade?

the videocard is plenty good, i would recommend upgrading the cpu and getting 16 gigs of memory, 8 is enough for most things, but if want to multitask you would do well with a bit more headroom. Also get a ssd for your os if you dont already, this will improve system responsiveness immensly

Upgrade your mobo, CPU and RAM, and use an SSD for your OS if you aren't doing so already.
