Streaming/Content Creation Build

Budget (including currency): $3,300 (Savings are always welcome but not required)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk, Halo, OBS Streaming and Adobe Suite

Other details: SO I have already thrown together a list of what I was thinking, and thought I'd stop in here to see if anyone more learned had any thoughts on my planned build, possibly some additions or replacements that would be more efficient?

I am building this computer as a streaming/gaming/editing setup (Basically content creation out the wazoo.) and with all my previous systems being intel I wanted to try AMD this time around. as far as doubts go, I wasn't 100% sure what Graphics card to go with so I just put a 3080 in the list (Advice on this would be helpful), also I just made a guess with the cpu cooler. I don't plan on overclocking anything, and as far as memory goes I definitely want at least 64gb 3200mhz. I was going to designate windows to the 500gb m.2 and split programs onto the other m.2 and games onto the Samsung 860. I would need the computer ready by January 10th 2021.

I think I included all the info, if you have more questions just ask! Any help is appreciated!

Do you think there would be any clearance issues between the length of the graphics card and cpu cooler radiator?
