Can I overclock this processor with gigabyte b460m ds3h motherboard?

A Z490 series motherboard is required to overclock a 10th gen intel CPU, and a CPU with a K in the name is required for overclocking.

 

Intel reserves overclocking for the most expensive hardware.

which is pure dumbness, that's why lower end systems are usually amd, you can oc anytime, on all cpu

quote or @Fasauceomepeople for them to see your replies, get a 3100/3300x and a b450 tomahawk max, that should do the job, maybe you can get a b550, to upgrade to ryzen 5000 easily
