Black Friday Build Ideas

I'm trying to build a PC and capitalize with the current deals for Black Friday. This will be my first PC rig after 10 years! PC will be use for casual gaming and common PC usage (browsing, streaming, etc.)

 

I have come up with 2 builds (AMD / Intel) and I would like to get everyone's thoughts on pros and cons of each build and which one should I go after:
