Enough Power?

Hi there I was wondering if a 650 Watt PSU would be enough for my system:

 

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

GPU: Either a GTX 1070 or RX 580

HDD: 1 TB 7.2K RPM WD BLUE

RAM: 32 GB of DDR$

CASE: Montech Flyer - Black/Micro atx

FANS: 3-5 CASE Fans

Mobo:Asrock b450 pro4 am4 mATX

As a side recommendation, I'd get a SSD.

What kind of 650W?  If it's like a Raidmax or Coolmax, then the answer is automatically, "no".

But what about other *max-es ? Gamemax ? Supermax ? Megamax ? Enermax ? What's up with all these firework makers feeling a need to put 'max' in the name ? Corsair RGB-max when ?
