I currently have a 512gb nvme and a WDblue 1tb hdd. I play a lot of games and some (like Forza and Dirt) use over 100gb. My nvme I use as a boot drive and storage for games that I frequently play on. It is has about 80gb left. The hdd I use for the rest of my games and files, that has about 100gb left. I would like to buy more storage. I would like something fast but inexpensive, preferably under $50. I would be fine with a fast hdd or slow ssd or something. I would like 500gb-1tb, if there’s something over 1tb in that price range that would be good. I looked at hybrid drives and they seemed like a bad value. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

For under 50 bucks? You're lucky to even find a 1TB HDD so unfortunately no. Gotta bump up that price range a bit.

I wouldn't buy a 1 TB HDD at this point, such waste of money when doubling the price you can get at least four times the storage. That said for playing newer games you probably actually benefit from SSD, so that would make more sense even if you only get a fraction of the storage for the same price.
